3. What packaging options are available?

We offer customized packaging in 15kg, 25kg & 50 kg jumbo bags, or as per buyer requirements. Private labeling is also available.

4. Do you provide quality certification?

Yes. Our products come with FSSAI, SGS, ISO, APEDA, and phytosanitary certificates depending on customer needs.

5. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ generally starts from 1 container (20ft or 40ft). However, we can accommodate smaller trial orders based on availability.

6. What are your payment terms?

We accept LC (Letter of Credit), TT (Bank Transfer), or advance payments, depending on the agreement.

7. How long does shipping take?

Dispatch usually happens within 7–14 working days after order confirmation. Transit time depends on the destination country.

8. Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, samples are available on request, with courier charges borne by the buyer (adjustable against confirmed bulk order).

9. Do you offer both conventional and organic seeds?

Yes, we can supply both conventional and certified organic sesame and mustard seeds upon request.
